In order to ensure that your educational
and artistic experience on Paros is as special and rewarding
as possible, HISA offers all its participants single occupancy
accommodation in its own Cycladic studios just on the edge
of town a few meters off the beach. The rooms, all with full
bath and kitchenette, are clean and comfortable. All rooms
have private balconies. The lodging building also includes
a film viewing space, a large covered rooftop patio, and other
central lounging patios. HISA feels that this communal, yet
private living arrangement provides an opportunity for students
to enjoy their own space while at the same helping to build
artistic and personal relationships with the other participants.
The main HISA teaching facility is set up in a classic Greek
merchant house dating from the 18th century, located in the
center of the town of Paroikia. Darkroom and Digital Labs are
a short walk away. All HISA buildings are close to the sea,
shops and cafes, allowing you easy access to the charming Cycladic
village of Paroikia. HISA staff will see to the particular
needs of your settling in and be ready to assist you throughout
the length of your stay. |
